Very poor experience with Wendy and Chelsea. Checked in online at 10 AM and received text for availability at 11 AM. Despite checking in by 11 am and showing the first in the Wait List at 11 am was made to wait till noon. People waking in way after 11 all got their haircuts before.. Made to wait for an hour despite online check-in and being on-deck for an hour...

very bad experience with haircut from Adriana. She cut my hair too short, despite having specifically instructed to only trim the split-ends. When pointed out, she refused to acknowledge and instead justifies taking more than an inch off because I had asked her to. Failed to ensure I have an email receipt, while checking out. Very poor experience.
