I checked in on Saturday and the screen said 10 minutes. Then it changed to ON DECK. The barber I choose finished the cut she was on and then took another customer, skipping over me. I left frustrated with no haircut. I returned today to try again, BIG MISTAKE. I checked in online while in the parking lot and it said 5:06pm for my cut. I immediately went inside and it's 5PM. I check in on the kiosk and the screen says 10 minutes. After 5 minutes the screen now says 38 minutes????? I wait 10 minutes and the screen still says 38 minutes??? I explained what happened Saturday and today to one of the barbers and she says I have no idea why that is happening and don't know no anything about the computer. She calls over another barber(seems to be in charge?). She shrugs her shoulders and says she has no clue why it's happening. No offers to correct the issue or anything. I again left disappointed without a haircut. This scheduling system at the location is a mess. Wish I could give a lower rating.
